The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Expo continues to cement its place as one of the region’s most important business events, with plans underway for its return later this year.

Last year’s Expo, held at the University Arena in Worcester, brought together more than 950 visitors and 150 exhibitors, creating a busy and energetic environment that showcased the strength of the local business community.

From the outset, the day was designed to encourage meaningful interaction. A networking breakfast opened proceedings, combining informal conversations with relevant and engaging talks, before the exhibition floor welcomed a steady flow of entrepreneurs, decision-makers and business leaders.

Throughout the day, exhibitors reported strong footfall and high-quality conversations. Businesses of all sizes were represented, from start-ups and micro firms to established organisations looking to strengthen their presence across the two counties. Attendees explored new products and services, identified potential suppliers and partners, and took part in seminars and workshops led by industry experts.

The impact of the event was reflected in the results. Every business attending made new connections, while 84% secured warm leads or direct sales, underlining the Expo’s role as a platform for tangible business growth.

Feedback from attendees highlighted both the organisation and the atmosphere of the day. Heather Westgate of We Are Marketing said: “Really impressed with the standard of the Expo. From a great networking breakfast with relevant and interesting talks to a full Expo, catching up with people and meeting new people.”

As preparations begin for the next edition, the Chamber has confirmed that the Business Expo will return on 1 October 2026, once again bringing together businesses, entrepreneurs and community leaders for a full day of networking, learning and growth.

A range of exhibition options will be available, ensuring accessibility for organisations at every stage of their journey. Pricing for Business Expo 2026 includes:
Double stand: £469 + VAT for members, £569 + VAT for non-members
Single stand: £269 + VAT for members, £369 + VAT for non-members
Charity stand: £199 + VAT

With strong attendance, measurable outcomes and positive feedback continuing to shape its development, the Chamber Business Expo remains a key moment in the regional calendar – with October 2026 already firmly in focus.
